Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper proof (such as photos of the product).
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method, where applicable
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned without prior approval
